About the event
The Prostate Network embraces the science showing us how fitness can help reduce the burden of cancer on our community, ease the side effects of cancer treatments and reduce the chances of reoccurrences. Our co-founder Caesar was famous for his daily 5:30 am work outs at City Gym that both he and his care team believe gave him many high quality years with that world class great attitude. Check out our collection of cancer and fitness stories
City Gym was born of the belief that a gym should be more than just a place to work out, it should be a place to belong. It is beyond a special place for our survivors and loved ones with all it's done to help our beloved Caesar and so many more in our community with their awesome gym and team. And midst our pandemic they turned their dream of the mobile outdoor FitTruk into reality!
Join us for a special in person only with the FitTruk by Caesar's memorial mural. This is an ideal opportunity to embrace and learn more about the benefits of fitness on our cancer journeys. We also encourage you to come share your inspiring stories on how fitness has helped those on cancer journeys.
